Anthropic announced May 13-14 that starting June 15, subscription-based programmatic access to Claude gets its own credit bucket rather than drawing from the same pool as interactive Claude.ai and terminal Claude Code. The credit allocations by tier: Pro subscribers get $20/month, Max 5x users $100/month, Max 20x users $200/month. If you run Claude Code in CI, pipe the Agent SDK through GitHub Actions, or use any third-party agent framework under a subscription plan, check your usage now — the June 15 cutoff gives you about two weeks to audit pipelines before the new limits apply. Interactive Claude.ai, terminal Claude Code, and Claude Cowork are unaffected by the split.
