June 28 is the end-of-life date for Kubernetes 1.33, meaning no more security or bug-fix patches after that point. Clusters that haven't migrated to 1.34 or later will be running unsupported software going into July. Two weeks is not a lot of runway if you're still on 1.33, particularly for teams running managed offerings where the upgrade path involves scheduling maintenance windows. The release calendar on kubernetes.io/releases has the full support matrix if you need to check where your version stands.
