The patch ships two behaviorally distinct changes. Fallback logic now kicks in automatically when the configured model is unreachable — useful in shared or enterprise environments where model availability isn't guaranteed. The cross-session permission tightening is the one to read carefully: permissions granted interactively in one session no longer carry forward by default, so teams relying on session persistence to reduce prompts will need to revisit their config.
