The gap between Figma and your editor has always required a human in the middle. Make closes it by giving the canvas an opinionated agentic layer: you prompt in natural language, it edits the design, and the code follows. Three modes cover different workflows — direct canvas edits, chat-driven changes, and MCP-powered builds that pull from your real design system using `/prototype-to-figma`, `/figma-generate-design`, and `/figma-use`. Branching and PR support is baked in, which means design reviews and code reviews can land in the same workflow. During the beta, AI credits are not consumed. The MCP integration is the lever worth watching — teams already using Figma's MCP server (shipped May 12) get a tighter loop than anything the plugin API ever enabled.
