CNCF announced the complete schedule for KubeCon + CloudNativeCon Japan 2026, set for July 29-30 at PACIFICO Yokohama. The program spans six tracks: AI+ML (covering GPU management and agentic workflows), Cloud Native Novice, Observability (logs, metrics, and tracing), Operations+Performance, Platform Engineering (self-service infrastructure and governance), and Security (automated testing and dependency evaluation). Registration closes June 16, 2026 at 23:59 JST. The conference follows a successful inaugural Japan edition and targets Japan's expanding open-source investment community. CNCF executive director Jonathan Bryce noted that 66% of organizations now treat Kubernetes as the operating system for AI workloads, framing the AI+ML track as a central draw. Platform engineers and SREs planning to attend should secure registration ahead of the June 16 cutoff.
